This is the highest cavitation tool to date for an Injection Blow Mold in one die set. You are looking at 40 cavities running on a Jomar 175 ton machine. The bottle is a 10mL Polypropylene Vial. In order to make this possible we developed a Modular Mono Block system. Each section of 10 cavities is based on it’s own key location. There is a gap between the blocks which is bridged with our Janus Gates.
