∙ The Core Rod valve opening gage is used to measure how far the cam nut protrudes. They are made out of a heat treated and annealed 0-1 tool steel for long life. Unlike other gauges, ours has .005” increments for greater control by the operator.
∙ This gauge is used in conjunction with the Valve Opening Adjustment Wrench.
